Making Your Life Count
March 22, 2008 on 10:25 pm | In Home Business, Income Ideas, Marketing Academy, Self Help, Talk Fusion, Training, Travel Club | No CommentsThink for a moment about the people you admire and would classify as “great, or achievers, or movers and shakers”. Throughout all of history we can find them being quoted, used as the standard and even revered.

Even though many of their backgrounds, professions and stories are different - they seem to contain at least two common essential elements that were instrumental in leading them to greatness: systematic thinking and movement with urgent purpose.
We have all experienced this: concentrated thoughts cause results, while scattered mental patterns do not. The example of a magnifying glass being held over a piece of paper comes to mind. The result is fire! But, keep moving the magnifying glass around on the paper and what do you get? Nothing.
When your thoughts, energy and activity are scattered and all over the board, you create no focal point, no intensity, no sense of urgency resulting in - no fire.
Our heroes are those who seemingly accomplish more in a single year than most create in a lifetime. I personally know a lady in the travel business that I belong to, that joined the company three years ago and is now the #2 earner in the company. She made more than $3 million last year and is the top female earner in the the entire travel industry ! All this from a woman who was, by her own testimony, sleeping in her car and showering at truck stops just 3 years ago.
The world cries out for men and women who can get things done. Humanity itself has never been so prepared to follow those who are authentic in their promise to lead others to where they want to go.
But what about you? What role will you play in history?
Greatness derives not only from working harder, but from working more effectively through systematic thought and movement with urgent purpose. It comes from selling out. It comes from drawing a line in the sand and declaring to the world, “This is my time, this is my place, and this is my purpose. I will complete the task and fulfill my destiny.”

5 Simple Steps To Uncovering Your Next Goal

5 Simple Steps to Uncovering Your Next Goal. Do you know what you want? What you really want? While they might not always be easy to find, the answers to this question are there, waiting for you. And if you just have 15 minutes to spare, those answers can soon be yours. Do you want a Home Business Opportunity?
Before you begin, you’ll need a pencil, a pad of paper, a planner or personal calendar, and a timer or watch. As you answer each of the questions below, don’t over think it or worry about the “right” things to say. The point is to gather the first things that pop into your head, so feel free to write anything and everything that comes to mind.
STEP 1 - THINK LONG-TERM. What do you want to accomplish by the end of your life? Start the timer and spend three minutes - and three minutes only - writing down your answers. Have you always wanted to write a novel? Start a business? Join the Peace Corps?
STEP 2 - THINK NEXT YEAR. What do you want to accomplish one year from today? Again, just spend three minutes recording all the thoughts and ideas that pop into your
head. Would you like to pursue a new career path? Spend more time with your family?
STEP 3 - THINK NEXT MONTH. What if you found out that you had just one month to live? What would you do with your remaining thirty days? Spend three minutes writing your answers. Would you travel to another country? Get in touch with old friends? Risk it all can chase that dream you’ve kept locked away inside?
STEP 4 - WHAT DID YOU FIND? Review your answers to each of the questions above. What broader themes do you notice? What do they say about who you are and what you really want out of life? After three minutes of looking over what you’ve written, answer the question: What I really want to do next is…
STEP 5 - PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER. With the next big idea in hand, it’s important to make sure it doesn’t go to waste. Think of a specific action you can take within the next seven days that will get this new goal rolling in the right direction and schedule it in your planner.
Live The 3-Foot Rule

Live the 3-foot rule regardless of which one of the Home Business Opportunities you decide to choose.
Make a commitment-when someone comes within 3 feet of you, they are going to know what business you are in. More business in network marketing is built on the 3-foot rule than on anything else. People are everywhere-you don’t have to look for them. Just go where people are. Successful network marketers are always meeting new people as a way of building their business. Go to new places, join new groups.
Prepare for these brief meetings. Know exactly the phrases you are going to tell people as soon as you have the opportunity. Make it brief - just include the most important information that could help them getting attracted to you and your business.
Some people call this “the elevator speech.” Be prepared. There are “elevators” everywhere.
Write Down Your Goals
March 22, 2008 on 9:33 pm | In Home Business, Income Ideas, Marketing Academy, Training, Travel Club, Your Internet Biz | No Comments
Home Business Opportunities: Step #1 is to write down goals and share them with family, friends or business associates. Just make sure you share them with others.
You must write your goals down. If you don’t have a target, you have nothing to aim at. You must have a big need to be motivated. You need to have a large reason to work this business successfully. You also must share your dreams and goals with people who are in a position of helping and supporting you. Don’t share them with negative people. But keeping them inside altogether means you are afraid of being responsible-being held
accountable by others-for achieving your goals.
